Every love story begins with a spark, but not all survive the static. Static & Spark is a 9-track conceptual journey that explores the fragile boundaries between logic and emotion, presence and absence.
The entire album unfolds like a cinematic narrative, bookended by the sound of a telephone. It begins with Track 1, "Buzzing my Heart," where persistent phone calls spark an unexpected love, and draws to a heartbreaking close with Track 8, "I Miss You Here," where she listens to old voice recordings just to catch the fading echo of her lost partner's laughter.
From love to loss, from connection to absolute separation, the album journeys through the rawest depths of grief—before culminating in Track 9, a powerful personal resolution where she finally forces herself to stand up and face the rising sun of a brand new day.
